IGNOU inviting applications for Research Teaching Assistants in SOEDS

The School of Extension and Development Studies (SOEDS) invites applications for Research and Teaching Assistants (RTAs) under the Research and Teaching Assistantship Scheme for undertaking research and teaching in the Extension and Development Studies.
Master/M.Phil degree holders with good academic record from School to Post Graduate level with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade B+ in Master’s degree (50 per cent marks or an equivalent grade in case of SC/ST/PH category). The age limit shall be 25 years as on 1st July of the year of the Award, relaxable by 5 years for women candidates and SC/ST/PH.
Candidates from Extension Education (agriculture & veterinary sciences)/ economics /sociology/political science/environment studies/development studies/ social work or any other related fields with NET will be preferred. RTA will be paid a monthly consolidated amount of Rs.14000/- plus HRA (pre-revised).
Candidates may write to the Research Unit for RTA application. Flash Programmer- one
a. Qualifications and Experience : BCA/B.sc (IT) or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience as flash programmer/ developer with sound flash action script programming skills and expertise in development of Interactive Multimedia applications in particular educational and training software using the Adobe Flash environment.

2. The contract engagement shall have no vested right prior to and after the completion of the contract period to ask for regularization/absorption in IGNOU.
